What is our loyalty program all about? How do you collect points?
Each registered customer receives 1 point for every zloty spent in our store. Points are awarded for single orders. The number of points is calculated from the sum of product prices after taking into account discounts. The cost of shipping is not taken into account. Earned points are exchangeable for percentage discounts (conversion rate below), which can be used indefinitely.
How are points added?
Points will appear in your account when your order is shipped.
What happens to the awarded points if I return products?
If you return individual products or the entire order, the points will be taken from your account. If you return one product from your order, points are deducted for the entire order.
How can I earn more points?
Leaving a review next to a product earns you an additional 10 points. In this way, you not only earn additional points, but help other customers to make the right purchase ❤️
